AI Generation Packs
Need more AI generations mid-month? Buy a pack anytime:
- 100 generations — ₹499
Packs are additive — they stack on top of your monthly quota. Unused pack generations roll over and never expire (unlike monthly quota which resets each billing cycle).
To purchase, go to Settings → Billing → Buy AI Pack.
Payments
SocialHalwa uses Razorpay for payments — the same gateway used by Zomato, CRED, and thousands of Indian businesses. Accepted payment methods:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net banking
- Wallets
All transactions happen in ₹ INR. Your bank statement will show a charge from CodeEdge Tech and Ventures Pvt Ltd.
GST invoices
GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically after every payment. Download them from Settings → Billing → Invoice history. Each invoice shows:
- Your GSTIN (if provided)
- Our GSTIN: registered under CodeEdge Tech and Ventures Pvt Ltd
- HSN/SAC code for software services
- Breakup of base amount + 18% GST
To add your GSTIN to invoices, go to Settings → Billing → Tax details.
Upgrading or downgrading
- Upgrade — takes effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the billing month.
- Downgrade — takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your current plan stays active until then.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused days, but you'll never be charged again after cancelling.
Free plan limits
The Free plan is permanent — not a trial. It's designed for creators who are just getting started and post occasionally. If you hit a limit (posts, AI generations, storage), you'll see a prompt to upgrade — nothing is deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Do plans auto-renew? Yes, monthly plans renew automatically on your billing date. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal.
Can I switch plans mid-month? Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades wait until the next cycle.
Is there a yearly plan? Not yet — monthly billing only at launch.
What happens if my payment fails? We retry the payment automatically over 3 days. If it continues to fail, your account moves to the Free plan — your data and posts are safe, but publishing is paused until you update your payment method.
I run an agency — can I manage multiple client brands? Yes, the Agency plan supports multiple workspaces via the client portal. Each client gets isolated access to their own content.
